Michael Laws is to Winston Peters what Drinking is to Driving

Laws and Peters said to be lining up for NZ First 'relaunch'
Speculation is rife that NZ First leader Winston Peters and his former adviser Michael Laws are to team up again as part of a "relaunch" of the party this year. Neither Mr Laws, who is to stand down as Whanganui mayor this year, nor Mr Peters would confirm the rumours. But MPs from both sides of the House and sources close to NZ First said they were aware of plans.

I never thought I would need another reason not to vote for NZ First, I was dreadfully wrong!

That's actually quite terrifying to think about.

That photo of Lhaws is a classic. If you ever needed conclusive proof why that man should never occupy a position of authority in New Zealand politics it is that photo. The man is a pillock. The sooner his views are disregarded the better.

I was brought up Labour, ended up National [until Jim Bolger promised us a decent society and instead gave us Ruth Richardson] With my extended family I voted N.Z. First-Was even asked to stand for them [I declined and in any case' this was off the record.]NZ. has never more needed NZ.First, but let me tell you Winston, not ever, if you party with Michael Laws, who now, even tells us that his private behaviour does not affect his discharge of public duties. Eh! Maybe, perhaps, possibly not. It does however, enable us to judge if his values are what we wish to be associated with.
